 Rev. Charles Pickens, Senior Pastor , began his ministry at Westside Church of the Nazarene in the Spring of 1983. He has a passionate love for God and for people. He is described most often as an encourager and a compassionate person who cares deeply for the needs of all ages. Pastor Pickens and his wife, Christiana, have been married for over 40 years.  DaVonne Lee, Worship Leader, joined our staff in 2001. She has a passion for reaching the heart of God and helping to maintain an environment of worship. DaVonne's love for children and her desire for them to learn the scriptures has led her to create Hide and Keep Ministries.  Becki Privett, Children’s Pastor, joined our staff in
April 2010. Prior to her ministry here, Becki has a
20+ year history of staff and denomination-wide
ministry in children’s, youth and adult ministries.
During her children’s preschool years, Becki was a
home daycare provider. Becki has been a teacher
in our Kid’s Day Out preschool program as well.
Becki is seminary-trained and called to teach God’s
truth and story to all ages, but especially enjoys
sharing her life and our Lord with children. She is

 Dianne Pittman, Pastoral Administrator, began her ministry at Westside Church of the Nazarene 21 years ago. She has a heart for her Savior and for the people of Westside.  Lisa Dutton, office assistant, works as part of the office staff. Lisa began working in the office in August 2007. Lisa is married to Dale and they have 3 boys - Ryan, Nathan, and Andrew.
