Kid's Day Out is a non-profit organization owned by Westside. The program operates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the school year. This is a ministry to children that includes teaching Bible stories and giving children the opportunity to develop socially with their peers. The children are accepted for the program at 18 months through age 5. Each class is designed for  the appropriate age level. The program is licensed through the State of Kansas. Each child may come one day per week

Westside's Kids' Day Out (K.D.O.)  and Preschool is open to all in the community. Kid's Day Out (K.D.O.) follows the school year for children 18 months through 5 years by August 31 of the current year.  Preschoolers must be 4 years by August 31 of the current year. Children come each Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, from 9a.m. - 3p.m., for playing, learning, sharing, snacks, Bible story, lunch and rest. Preschool sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 - 11:30a.m. or 12:30-3p.m., with an extended day session available on Wednesday. Children currently enrolled in K.D.O are given first opportunity to sign up.

 

 

 

 

Kids' Day Out is operated at Westside Church of the Nazarene.

From Kansas City, take I-35 South to the Santa Fe exit and go west (right).  Westside is on the north (right) side of Santa Fe about 1/2 mile west of K7.
